I used a Tupperware burger mold to cut my burgers. Afterwards, my friend suggested just cutting them into squares (this would be even faster!). My mom presses hers in cornmeal and they are delicious! You can use this mix for meatloaf or cut into 1″ pieces and bake for meatballs. Or use mix for all 3!

8 Pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Mix Onion Soup Mix into Ground Chuck well.
Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Dump some burger mix in pan (enough to fill pan). Cover with another sheet of waxed paper and press to fill pan. Use a rolling pin to even out burger mix.
Use a container to cut burgers (twist container to evenly cut through burger.
Once all are cut remove from pan and place on press-n-seal sheet. Cover with another sheet of P-n-s and seal around each burger.
Flash freeze and place in freezer bags.
Repeat until all burger mix is used up.
