This pie/tart is so easy and simple. If you already have a crust in the freezer, great. You could even use a store bought crust. I thought I had submitted but when I saw Suzanne’s Peach tart, I checked and hadn’t. It wouldn’t let me post the picture. An ad blocked the space. Sorry.

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: l hoursIngredients
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup cream
3-4 fresh peaches, peeled and halved
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pour half into unbaked pie shell. Fill with fresh peach halves. Cover with the rest of the mixture. Pour cream over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
