Serve on any type of salad greens. This salad dressing is tangy, sweet, spicy and salty all at once. My family loves it!

Servings: Makes a little over 2 cups of salad dressing
Prep Time: 5 minutesIngredients
1 cup sunflower oil (or an oil without intense flavor
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup tamari (or soy sauce)
1/4 cup maple syrup
a knob of fresh ginger (at least an inch)
1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic
Directions
Measure all ingredients into a blender and process until ginger and garlic are blended thoroughly.
