This is a recipe that I’ve modified to my taste after quite a bit of experimenting. Make as large of batch as you want to always have it on hand. I use this as a seasoning for chili, beans, and many other things than fajitas.

Servings: 3 pkts
Prep Time: 5 minIngredients
2 Tbsp cornstarch
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp chicken or beef bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients well in a bowl. Store in a plastic baggie or reused spice bottle.
1 pkt = 2 Tbsp of Mix

I made this recipe times 5, and that exactly fit a pint jar for storage. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder to get some salt in there, and I also used Hungarian hot paprika.
