Very easy and very good!

Servings: Perhaps 4 or make enough for family

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(enough for family meal)
3/4 cup of butter
Enough crushed ritz crackers to coat chicken
1 can of evaporated milk for dipping chicken in.
Toasted Sesame seeds
Directions
Boneless, skinless chicken breast (enough for family)
Melt 3/4 cup of butter in a baking pan. Dip chicken breast in evaporated milk, then into a mixture of crushed Ritz crackers and toasted sesame seeds. Put topside down in baking pan of melted butter to coat and then flop over to coat other side. Do this with each chicken breast. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
I usually serve with roasted asparagus and rice pilaf.
