My son came up with this idea years ago. We use it as an appetizer to watch the Penn State games. It became an instant and easy family hit!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Four servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: noneIngredients
1 ring of your favorite plain or garlic ring bologna
1 pound of Cheddar or Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
1 can chunk pineapple
You can add or subtract to the above depending on amount needed.
Directions
Peel the skin off your favorite ring bologna and cut into small cubes. Cut the cheese in small cubes. Drain pineapple. Arrange in three groups on a plate or platter: bologna, cheese, pineapple.
To serve: Grab a toothpick or fork and arrange bologna, cheese, and pineapple on toothpicks. Or, stab one of each with a fork and eat them that way. Easy! Great! Super combination.
