Really good homemade ranch if you can’t have dairy

1 c mayonnaise
2 T coconut milk-or enough to desired consistency
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder
2 cloves of chopped garlic
handful chopped fresh chives
handful chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk mayo, vinegar, coconut milk, spices, garlic and herbs in a bowl. Pour into mason jar and refrigerate. Shake before use, keeps about a week.
