This is a great meal to come home to on a cold winter night. Plus it is quick and easy to put together on a busy morning.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 6-8 depending on how big your crock pot is
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 8-10 hours (low) or 4-6 hours (high)Ingredients
3-4 pounds of quartered pork (boneless ribs, thick chops, or roast of choice)
2-5 pounds of potatoes of choice (I like the reds the best!)
2 quartered onions
1-2 quart jars of sauerkraut (or 1-2 packages of store bought)
Directions
Place red (or other favorite potatoes) and quartered onions on the bottom of a crock pot. Add cut up pork. Pour a jar of home made sauerkraut (or rinsed store bought sauerkraut) over all and cook on low for 8-10 hours (or 4-6 hours high).
