The grandkids are coming over tonight – and I have to go fetch them. This will be perfect! Now, I know it’s annoying when people say, I made this but I changed this and that and…… In my case, I did have to change two things, but in my defense, I didn’t have evaporated milk or eggs. So I made a roux with the butter amount listed. I just added 1/4 cup flour to the butter and added all the milk. It’s thin and I am confident it will firm up as the noodles absorb all the yummy stuff! I’ll let you know how it turns out, but so far it’s pretty kid friendly! Thank you.
