Wonderful and tasty comfort meal. Great for St. Patrick’s Day, or for me, any time that I want a wonderful meal without a lot of work.

Corned beef
Potatoes
Onions
Cabbage
Other vegetables as desired (i.e. carrots)
Directions
Layer bottom to top:
Corned beef (trimmed, cut into pieces)
Sprinkle seasoning across beef (as included w/beef)
Potatoes (cut in half)
Onions (small whole or medium cut in half)
Cabbage (quartered)
Set crock pot on medium – high, covered, for minimum of 6 hours to approx. 8 hours.
