A moist, delicious chocolate pound cake with a silky chocolate glaze. This recipe came from a good friend a number of years ago.

For Cake:
a two-layer dark chocolate cake mix
4 1/2 ounce box of instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup warm water
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
For Chocolate Glaze:
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Cake:
Using an electric mixer on low to medium speed, blend ingredients, except chocolate chips, well.
With a big spoon, stir in 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool cake in the pan for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the pan and finish cooling on a wire rack. Place cake on a serving plate.
Chocolate Glaze:
Melt butter with the corn syrup, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Continue stirring until it is very smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
