We LOVE this dip during football games or American Idol parties! It’s best served with tortilla chips!

Ingredients
2 (8oz) cans chunk chicken
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 c hot sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly.

I make this all the time and serve with tortilla chips OR whole-wheat Ritz crackers… Just wanted to say that I use a mixture of mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. You can also use blue cheese dressing in place of the ranch dressing, but we use ranch because none of us like blue cheese besides my hubby! LOL
