Really easy side dish that is delicious, but nice enough to impress guests.

1 pound Fresh Brussel Sprouts
4 slices Bacon
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 Tbsp. chopped Green Onions
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
Fry bacon in large skillet, making sure you have a lid to fit the pan, until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and leave 1 Tbsp bacon grease in pan. Add cleaned and halved brussel sprouts. Saute until well coated with grease. Add 2-3 Tbsp water to pan and cover. Cook sprouts on medium heat until tender. Remove lid and turn up heat. Cook, stirring frequently until sprouts are slightly browned. Add lemon juice, bacon, butter, and green onions. Cook and stir just until onions soften. Serve immediately.
