My nine year old son Jaxon makes this while I chop up the salad. Fiddle with the amounts to make it how YOU like it, Jax likes about double the sesame oil. He will eat three or four servings of salad when we make this! It is really good and keeps in the fridge for several days. Just shake it up and enjoy again!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 10-15
Prep Time: 5 minutesIngredients
2 Tbsp Soy sauce (we use Kikkoman)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c canola oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Get out a big bowl, whisk, and all ingredients. Spoon mustard into bowl, then in goes soy, sesame oil, and vinegar. Start to vigorously whisk in all of the canola oil in a slow continuous stream. Taste, to see if you need more oil or vinegar to your liking. Salt and pepper, taste again. Voila!
