Frozen Pickles

Servings: 1 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
2 quarts cucumbers
1 onion sliced thin
2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Combine cucumbers, onion, and salt. In a saucepan, heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves. Cool. Drain cucumbers. Place cucumbers in freezer containers. Pour vinegar mixture over them and freeze. When ready to use, defrost and serve chilled.
