1 cup mini marshmallows
2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanila
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
This recipe will make a filling to go between the layers of a two-layer cake.
In a medium pot, combine the first cup of mini marshmallows, the chocolate, butter, and water. Cook and stir over low heat till marshmallows and chocolate melt. Cool 5 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat till smooth. Stir in second cup of mini marshmallows and walnuts
