My husband’s favorite recipe! The meatballs make great little sliders also – just add a quarter slice of provolone cheese and place on a Hawaiian Bread roll. Adapted from Taste of Home
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 15
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 1 hourIngredients
3 ½ pounds Ground Ham
1 ½ pounds Ground Beef
3 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Milk
3 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
2 cans (10 ¾ oz ea) condensed Tomato Soup, undiluted
¾ cup Vinegar
2 cups Brown Sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Mustard
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in two roasting or 9×13 cake pans.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and pour over balls. Make sure the top of every meatball has sauce over it.
3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. About halfway through, turn the meatballs over with tongs. Or at least baste them.
