Sweet and spicy refrigerator coleslaw.

1/2 head cabbage chopped
1 med. vidalia onion chopped
1 sweet red pepper chopped
2-3 jalapenos chopped
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
Directions
Combine vinegar and sugar in small pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Set aside; let cool (approximately 1 hour).
Combine cabbage, onion, red pepper, jalapenos (all chopped) in plastic or glass dish. After vinegar/sugar mixture has cooled, pour over chopped ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir mixture after 24 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Will keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
