We often use leftovers, but have been known to grab a rotisserie chicken and a box of stove top stuffing. Comfort food on a cold day in the mountains. Nope, not low calorie.

chicken or turkey
mashed potatoes
dressing/stuffing
peas if you wish
gravy
Directions
Layer a casserole dish in order of the first 4 ingredients.
Cover and bake about a half hour.
Serve with leftover gravy.
