Looking for a great Beer Bread recipe and a great Beer Cheese Soup recipe. I don’t like beer (definitely don’t understand my husband’s taste), but I love it cooked in certain recipes. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

If you can get some home brewed beer that has not been filtered there will be good yeast in the dregs. Let the beer go flat over night and use it for the liquid in a yeast bread mix.
For a 12 ounce bottle about 5 cups of flour would be close. add a little regular bread yeast if you have any doubts, about a rounded teaspoon of salt. Shape the loaf into and elongated roll or two and bake on a cookie sheet
