This recipe came from a Ball newletter and is another way to use avocadoes (which we LOVE) other than guacamole!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: About 2-1/2 cups
Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 teaspoon Ball® Fruit-Fresh® Produce Protector
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions
Sprinkle avocado with Fruit Fresh in a medium-mixing bowl, stirring to coat.
Add tomatoes, onion, feta cheese and salad dressing, stirring to combine. Can be served immediately or refrigerated for later.
Can be served with chips, crackers, as part of a salad platter, toast points.
