This is a real good and cheesy squash dish and simple to make. You can use yellow squash for the zucchini if you prefer.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4-6
Cook Time: 1 hr.Ingredients
3 cups diced zucchini
1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed velvetta cheese
Directions
Mix well, put into covered casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
