This is quite good. I have made it more often using venison.

Servings: 5 - 1 pound rolls
Prep Time: 4 days Cook Time: 8 hrsIngredients
5 lbs lean ground beef
5 heaping tsp Morton’s Tender Quick
Spices according to taste
chili powder
sweet basil
thyme
cayenne pepper
cracked peppercorns
dry mustard
3-1/2 tsp mustard seed
2-1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp Hickory Liquid Smoke
Directions
Mix together thoroughly (use your hands), cover and refrigerate.
Day 2 and 3 – mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Day 4 – mix and shape into rolls. Place on cookie sheet with pan of water in oven.
Bake at 175F for 8 hours. Turn rolls every hour.
