Servings: 12-14
Ingredients
2 lbs dry lima beans
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
Directions
Soak beans overnight or use frozen beans. Cook until almost done. Drain. Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour.
