Simple way to prepare fancy baked red potatoes that go great with any meal.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25-35 minutesIngredients
*Fresh, clean red potatoes (amount as desired for meal)
*Herbs of your liking: parsley, oregano (etc.)
*Extra virgin olive oil to coat potatoes
*Medium-sized baking dish + cover
*A Ziploc bag (or something similiar for mixing)
Directions
*Clean and cut red potatoes in half (amount desired for meal)
*Toss red potatoes into Ziploc bag
*Add parsley and oregano (or any herbs you love!)
*Add extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat red potatoes when you seal & lightly shake the Ziploc bag)
Pour into baking dish, cover, & bake 325 degrees for approx 25-35 minutes (depending upon size of potatoes and/or oven) or until potatoes are tender.
