Baked Herbed Red Potatoes

*Clean and cut red potatoes in half (amount desired for meal)
*Toss red potatoes into Ziploc bag
*Add parsley and oregano (or any herbs you love!)
*Add extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat red potatoes when you seal & lightly shake the Ziploc bag)

Pour into baking dish, cover, & bake 325 degrees for approx 25-35 minutes (depending upon size of potatoes and/or oven) or until potatoes are tender.
