Ingredients
1 egg
4 T. Flour
3 T. Cider Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 t. Lemon Extract
1 C. Boiling Water
1 Baked Pie Shell
Directions
Mix sugar and flour together. Add boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add beaten egg. Cook two minutes. Add lemon and vinegar. Put in pie shell. cool.
