Great snack or appetizer, very easy and can be made low-fat. I got this recipe from a friend.

1 package Cream Cheese
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Chopped Green Onions
Chopped Broccoli
Chopped Carrots
Chopped Cauliflower
1 package of Flour Tortilla Shells
Directions
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and Worcestershire sauce together until creamy. Spread on shells, add veggies and roll. Put into the fridge until firm then slice. The great thing about this is you can add whatever veggies you like and you can make it low-fat by using low-fat cream cheese and whole wheat tortillas.
