2 lbs ground chuck
2 eggs
1 large peeled potato
1 medium onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 stack cracker crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pint sour cream
Directions
Grind potato & onions. Add to ground chuck. Add eggs, salt & cracker crumbs & mix. Shape into small meatballs & brown in pan. Add undiluted soup, mushrooms & sour cream. Cover and let simmer 1/2 hours.
