We have two cut up rabbits in the freezer, a dear friend gave us, BUT I have never cooked rabbit before, so any recipes would be great! I know they are very cute and fuzzy! I feel bad, but I would feel even worse if we did not eat them!
I hope someone can help me out lol
I am looking for an italian fig cookie recipe, My italian Gramma used to make them for us at xmas, she never wrote down the recipe either, and has been gone for several years now. and I have a craving for those cookies.
They were a pale dough that I think she put the fig filling in and rolled them, cause they were cut before baking, then she put icing on them(I think she used 10x sugar)and covered them in colored sprinkles, my cousin and I have tried a few recipes but have not gotten close to what she used to make.
thanks Anna
