Got this recipe from my sister, with my changes in brackets. So easy to make, and sooooo good!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: However you choose to cut it
Cook Time: 20-25 minIngredients
1 3/4 cups sugar [I only use 1 1/2 cups, but then, I always cut back on sugar in everything!]
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon [I only use 1 teaspoon]
2 cups flour
1 cup oil [I only use 3/4 cup]
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin [I use a 15 oz. can Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin]
1 cup walnuts or raisins
Directions
Mix together and spread in lightly greased and floured cookie sheet with sides [I use 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1].
Bake 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
