Well, it’s a long story, one which I will share soon, but short version: Married to a wonderful man, we have one adorable little daughter(more to come sometime soon hopefully), and living in South Dakota making a homestead out of nothing (living in a camper in the meantime), helping my birth family build on 240 acres of amazing land. Since a few of us in the family have special dietary needs, I strive to create recipes for both meals and desserts which not only work for the diet, but have true flavor and variety!
