I love to cook and bake. When my family has happy tummies, I am a happy gal. I enjoy learning new techniques and rediscovering the old fashioned ways of doing things too. I am very much interested in learning more about preservation techniques such as dehydrating and canning. I would like to make cheese and lard sometime—they are on my culinary bucket list.
