Sweet potato side dish with crunchy topping.

Ingredients
Potato Mixture
4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 & 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 & 1/2 tablespoons flour
Directions
Mix potatoes, sugar, egg and evaporated milk until smooth. Pour into 9×13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together with fork and sprinkle over potato mixture. You can double the topping mixture if you want. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
