A co-worker gave this to me a couple of years ago. I have only made it twice but it is very good.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: about 6 servings.
Cook Time: 30 minIngredients
1 lb of shrimp or craw fish (Raw)
1 med bell pepper chopped
1 med onion chopped
4-5 stalks of celery chopped
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
Directions
Saute shrimp, bell pepper, onion & celery in butter until shrimp is cooked
Add Rotel & soup and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
