Easy sandwich night!

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 8 to 10 hoursIngredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 medium sweet onion (or yellow onion), chopped
3 pounds Pork Shoulder, trimmed of fat
Directions
Combine all ingredients except last two (onion and pork) in crock pot. Stir well. Add chopped onions. Place pork in mixture in crock pot and turn to coat all sides. Cook on “low” for 8-10 hours. Remove meat from crock pot. Shred pork with two forks, being careful not to burn yourself. Put meat back into crock pot and stir pork and sauce together. Allow to reheat. Serve on fresh sandwich rolls.
