I found these at the recipe blog Economical Eats by Heather. They’ve quickly become a favorite around my house. These are a million times better than what you can buy at the store and they’re customizable! Replace the chocolate chips or coconut with whatever you like. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20-25 minsIngredients
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and pat into a well greased 13 x 9in pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes, cut bars and then cool completely before removing from pan. Enjoy!
