I have made this for years…my 28 yr old son still requests it. Serve with a salad for a meal or sliced as appetizer.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 6 - 8
Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 25 - 30 minutesIngredients
2 loaves frozen bread – thawed in fridge overnight
Large bag of frozen broccoli (I prefer florets)
1 package of pepperoni slices
Provolone cheese slices
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Colby Cheese shredded
egg whites (optional)
Banana peppers (optional)
Directions
Roll out bread dough into two (2) rectangles. Cook broccoli according to package. Place Provolone cheese onto 1 piece of dough, then layer the pepperoni, broccoli, Mozzarella cheese & Colby cheese. Place 2nd rectangle on top & pinch around sides to seal. Brush with egg whites (optional).
Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bread is done. Let stand for 10 – 15 minutes before slicing.
