These easy, tasty breakfast treat is a great way to use up stale or “tired” bread. I’ve used leftover hamburger rolls or whatever I have. No one has ever complained. It’s a wonderful treat for guest and easy because you can make it the day before and only need to bake and serve.

Servings: 4-8
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes Cook Time: 20-25 minutesIngredients
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
10 slices French bread cut into 1” cubes
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3 oz cream cheese.
Directions
Grease 9” x 13” pan. Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla & eggs in large bowl. Stir in bread cubes until well coated. Pour bread mixture into prepared pan. Top evenly with cream cheese cubes and blueberries. Cover & refrigerate up to 24 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees & bake casserole uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and set in middle. Serves 8. Can make blueberry syrup or use regular syrup.
