Yummy BLT stuffed into each bite of a cherry tomato

Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 minsIngredients
20 cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/3 cup chopped green onion
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley ,snipped (but you can use dried)
If you don’t want to use cherry tomatos this also works great just slicing a regular tomato and spreading a little of the filling mixture over each slice. YUMMY EITHER WAY!
Directions
Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top. Scoop out the insides and drain upside down on a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes.
Chill and serve.

I would think that you could also serve this in a large tomato that has been cut to look like a flower. Holding it upright, make about 8 cuts (in oppos8ite directions) down toward the cutting board, but stopping short of the bottom of the tomato. Fan out the “petal” of the tomato and fill. Place on some leaf lettuce fans for a pretty luncheon presentation.
