1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can great northern beans or navy beans(drained)
1 can corn
1 can Rotel
1/2 Medium (or 1 small)Red Onion-diced
1-2 cloves garlic (diced)
2 handfuls Cilantro (to your taste)- chopped
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
Salt&Pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 a lime (or lemon)
Directions
Mix all together and enjoy!!
