Servings: 8-10
Cook Time: 30 minutesIngredients
2 lbs Ground Beef

2 Fresh Tomatoes, seeded and diced (canned diced might work)
1 Large Green Pepper, diced
3 cups (12 oz) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain off the fat. Add the seasonings. Stir.
2. Cut bread lengthwise in half or open the rolls if using. Place bread on baking sheets.
3. Stir sour cream into the meat mixture. Spoon onto the bread. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green pepper and cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Bake a few more minutes for crispier bread.
