I tried this recipe yesterday morning for breakfast. I didn’t want to wait an hour before I could taste them :), so I made muffins instead. I grated 3 medium apples to get 2 cups. The recipe made about 18 muffins, baking time 18-20 minutes at 350. My sons devoured them and told me I needed to make these again. I may sprinkle a little struesel topping on them the next time, but they tasted great just like they were. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
