Does anyone have a good ‘recipe’ for something like Tastefully Simple’s “Onion Onion”? I just dehydrated Vidalias for the first time and would love to be able to make my own… thought I’d ask here before I tried to reinvent the wheel.

Garlic Garlic Ingredients: Minced garlic, minced onion, salt, garlic powder, chives, spices, citric acid.
Onion Onion Ingredients: Onion, garlic, sea salt, shallots, red bell pepper, parsley, chives, leeks, citric acid.
Spinach & Herb Dip Mix: Spinach flakes, onion, minced green onions, dill, garlic.

They can be made into dips, used as seasoning, sprinkled on meats and veggies, etc.

Just an update… we have since moved to VA to a house that had a ready-made garden… so I have parsley, chives and (I think) shallots growing, along with bell peppers that I am leaving on to turn red. Once they do, I’ll buy a leek or two, start dehydrating, and then experiment
