I found this recipe several years ago in my Country Woman Magazine. It takes like biting into an oatmeal cookie and taste great served with warm milk or may be eaten plain like a piece of cake. My teenage sons who aren’t crazy about cooked oatmeal love this recipe and request it several times a month.
