Would like a dry coating mix like one would use on pork chops or chicken to bake in the oven. On the idea of “Shake & Bake” mixes.

    Posted a pork chop mix – sage included and will keep looking for one for chicken!

    I posted 2 separate mixes — one is like the coating for KFC chicken and the other is for Shake n’ Bake. Both can be made salt free…..is why I investigated to begin with!
