Quick and easy, light citrus-y flavor for spring and summer! This is my Grandmother’s recipe.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: Chill 2-3 hoursIngredients
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 c. Lime Juice
1 c. Whipped Cream (homemade is best)
1 Graham cracker crumb crust (again… homemade is the way to go!)
Directions
Combine milk and lime juice, carefully fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie crust and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
