This chicken is great hot or cold, as an entree or try it sliced on a salad…yum ๐

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 4 hours to marinateIngredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. Lime Juice
1/2 c. Soy Sauce (light)
1/4 c. Olive Oil
2 or 3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Organo
1/2 tsp. Thyme
Pepper to taste
Lime wedges
Salsa
Directions
Mix ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken, let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Grill the chicken, or cook in the oven at 350ยบ for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
You can mix it up ahead in a plastic baggie or storage container and pop it in the freezer. The night before you want to use it, take it out and leave it in the refrigerator to thaw. By the time you’re ready, it will have thawed and marinated properly.
