Ginger is good for nausea or upset stomach. I’ve given the ginger honey crystals to my grandchildren when they have tummy troubles. Just sprinkle a little bit in a saucer, and they can wet their fingertip, dip it in the crystals and suck off the crystals. This gives them just a little at a time, and it really seems to help. The gingered honey could be used as a sweetener for tea and other drinks.

Does sound like it would be great in tea, if you happen to like sweetened tea.

I nearly always have a jar of ginger syrup or ginger honey on hand to dribble on grapefruit, oatmeal, cream cheese, or ricotta; make ginger ale (I have one of those soda streams to make fizzy water); brew nighttime hot beverage (no tea, just honey ginger).
