1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Beat eggs till frothy.
3. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Beat until lemon-colored.
4. Stir in zucchini.
5. Put flour mixture in gradually.
6. Fold in nuts and pour into twp greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake 1 hour at 350. Test before taking out of oven.
